Merlin is developed by a team of development and IT professionals with many years of experience who are deeply passionate about Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL). We built Merlin to overcome many of the challenges that we have faced ourselves, with the hope that it will make life easy for other MERL professionals as well. Our overall objective is to make MERL easy and intuitive so that development organisations can adaptively manage their projects and deliver the best results.

MERL is a joint venture between by ARITS Limited and DevLearn. ARITS is a Bangladesh-based software company focusing on developing and delivering technological solutions to social and business challenges, while DevLearn is a UK-based consultancy company focusing on inclusive economic growth, applying market based approaches and systems thinking. Together we are building a best in class software solution to make MERL as effortless as possible.
